19 Wonderful Years!

Paul, Heather, and me

Pap-pa--the man in my life :)

Birthday Cake - YUM!

Today started out like any other day: I woke up early and ran. I did not just have an easy run, I had a workout, which didn't go as well as I wanted, but it is my birthday, so I wasn't going to let it affect my day. For lunch I went out with my dad, pap-pa, and younger brother Stephen to Panera Bread Co. It is one of my favorite places, and I'm so glad Memphis finally decided to get one! It did not compare to the dinner my parents fixed tonight, though. We had blackened salmon, sweet potatoes, sauteed green beans, acorn squash, shrimp scampi, and bread. After all that delicious food, I indulged in my white chocolate ice-cream cake...sooo good! All the phone calls, text messages, and facebook messages made my birthday even better! Hopefully I will enjoy my last year as a teenager!

tomorrow it's not supposed to rain until noon. it'll be 33 at 9:00am. at least that bearable. it will get warmer throughout the day, but then you'll have to deal with rain. i'd try to get in your speed work before noon.

merry christmas to you and your familY!
