This week has been and continues to be one of the most stressful weeks of the year. A lot of it is my fault because I procrastinate...A LOT! But I feel like I work best under pressure. The week before finals should not be this stressful. I am trying to take it one day at a time, but it's really hard. The past two nights I have gotten seven hours of sleep combined, and I will not be getting much more tonight or tomorrow night. I'm trying to keep things in perspective, though. It's hard because I consider myself a perfectionist, but I have to remember that if I don't make a 100 on one test then it's not the end of the world. Although I can't wait for this week and finals, which are next week, to be over, I'm sad to see this semester come to a close. My first year has gone by incredibly fast. It's crazy to think that I will be a sophomore next year!
I have been running a lot more, but still taking it pretty easy because my achilles is not near being completely healed (I don't know if it will ever be).
This past weekend was a lot of fun. I traveled to Auburn with my teammate Renee to watch another one of my teammates run in the invitational 1500. He ran 3:44:52. AMAZING! Saturday I went to a crawfish boil, which was so much fun! That night I saw the movie Slumdog Millionaire. It was such a great movie. I definitely recommend it!
I better get back to homework. Concert critiques here I come!

At the crawfish boil the next day...Yummy!
