I'm Done!

My parents bought me a crock pot a couple of weeks ago, and I have been so excited to use it. Last night, I finally made my first crock pot dinner...and it was AMAZING!
I made mustard maple chicken: dijon mustard, maple syrup, and thyme to season the chicken; onions, sweet potato, and garlic added, and chicken broth to cover. This was so so good, and I will definitely make it again!

I'm done with the semester! It's crazy to think that I have finished up my second year of college! It's going by so fast! This past semester has been the best so far. I have become really involved at church, developed some great relationships, and have fallen more in love with my Lord and Savior! I am so excited about the fall and to see how God is going to continue to work!

Nothing much to report as far as running goes. I got really excited a couple of weeks ago because I started to feel much better...and then I had a horrible workout and haven't felt too great since then. Right now I'm just getting mileage in and not worrying about speed. I'm really excited about starting summer base training, especially since I will be in Colorado for a month!

I'm looking forward to a week of relaxation...no projects, no papers, no tests! Just running and hanging out!
