Yesterday we did 10X600's. I expected the workout to be pretty doable since the 400's went so well, but it was much harder than I expected, mostly because my legs weren't fully recovered, but I think that was part of the purpose of doing the workout. It went really well, just harder than I expected.
I bought my first pumpkin tonight!!! I'm awful at carving them, but I'm still really excited. I think a couple of my teammates will come over and carve with me, and I will make some pumpkin recipes I found: pumpkin smoothies and spiced pumpkin biscuits. Yum!
Mississippi State vs. Florida tomorrow. Woohoo!!! We will have more people here than ever. I have faith in my bulldogs! Get to see my parents, brothers, sister-in-law, and her parents! So exciting!

oh my goodness you're such a healthy eater! can't say our cross country team ate that well in the cafeteria. we ate a ton of processed junk b/c that's what was available to us. i'm so impressed that you're cooking like you are. you need to look into the booked titled World's Healthiest Foods. super quick simple recipes for the healthiest foods. highly recommend b/c it teaches you how to pick out the good stuff at the grocery, how to store, adn how to cook to preserve the nutrients.
Loren! I finally made fish!!! I know! I was waiting to tell you with my actual voice so I could hear your response, but I give up - I'm just too excited! It was flounder and the seasoning was a little off, but it was my first time so there's certainly hope for better fish in the future! :)
